Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Eco Friendly Solutions app (developer: Eco Friendly Solutions, Kottayam, Kerala) and what happens to your data.

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Open the app or app.ewastecollectionkerala.com and sign in.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Or ask us to delete it

Email info@ewastecollectionkerala.com or WhatsApp 9447778525 from the phone number or email on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your profile — name, phone numbers, email, saved addresses and sign-in — is deleted straight away.

What we have to keep

• Weights, amounts and payment records of completed pickups: kept 8 years, as required for tax and GST records.
• Photographs of your e-waste: deleted 90 days after the pickup is completed or cancelled.
