We collect and aggregate electronic waste across Kerala, from our base in Kottayam, and hand it to an authorised recycler.
We are not the recycler and we do not pretend to be. We are the part of the chain that comes to your door, weighs honestly, pays on the spot, and makes sure what we take reaches a facility licensed to process it. That is a smaller claim than most e-waste websites make, and it is the one we can actually stand behind.
We work with more than 68 partners across India — collectors, dismantlers and buyers — which is what lets us move a bulk consignment of any size without it sitting in a yard.
The business runs under a KSPCB Consent to Operate and is registered for GST and with the Ministry of MSME. Every one of those numbers is printed further down this page, so you can check them rather than take our word for it.

Where your e-waste actually goes
We are an appointed collection associate of Sahya Solutions Group of Waste Management, Peruvanthanam, Idukki — an authorised recycler. Everything we collect is delivered there for processing.
That chain matters. It is the difference between equipment that is recycled lawfully and equipment that is dumped or stripped informally, and it is documented at every handover.
Collection, transport, handling and storage all follow the E-Waste (Management) Rules 2022, in force since 1 April 2023.
Sahya Solutions, our sister concern and the plant behind us
Collection is only half the job. The other half happens at a licensed facility in Idukki, run by our own group.
Sahya Solutions Group of Waste Management is a sister concern of Eco Friendly Solutions, operating an e-waste dismantling and recycling unit at Badayil Estate, Meloram P.O, Peruvanthanam, Idukki. Everything we collect across Kerala is delivered there.
Because collection and recycling sit inside the same group, your equipment does not change hands through a chain of traders. It goes from your door to a plant we are answerable for — which is why we can tell you where a given consignment ended up.

The drive is destroyed, not wiped
The reason most offices hesitate to hand over old computers has nothing to do with recycling. It is the data still sitting on them.
Deleting a file does not remove it. Formatting a disk does not either. Both leave the data recoverable with software anyone can download.
So for business collections we do not rely on erasing. Hard drives and solid-state drives are physically destroyed — the platters and boards are broken so the data cannot be read back by anybody, including us.

- You can keep the drives and hand over only the rest of the machine — that is fine too
- Phones, tablets and photocopier drives count as storage as well, and are treated the same way
- Ask us in writing and we will confirm in writing what was destroyed
Before you hand anything over
Whoever you use — us or anyone else — do these first. They take minutes and they are your responsibility, not the collector's.
- Sign out of accounts on the device, especially email and cloud storage
- Remove SIM cards and memory cards; they are easy to forget
- Note the serial numbers of anything that was on your asset register
- Tell us which items hold data, so they are separated at collection rather than after
Photocopiers and multifunction printers store scanned documents on internal drives. They are the most commonly missed item in an office clear-out.

Our sister concern in Idukki, authorised by KSPCB to dismantle and recycle 14,965 tonnes a year. Everything we collect goes there.

The things people ask before they book
Does it cost anything?
No. Collection is free and we pay you for what we take. There is no charge for coming to you, and no minimum for a household pickup.
How do you decide what it is worth?
By weight and category, on a published rate. We weigh in front of you on a calibrated scale and show you the arithmetic before any money changes hands.
When do I get paid?
At the door, before the vehicle leaves. Not later, not after processing, not by cheque next month.
What if it does not work any more?
That is fine — most of what we collect is broken. Working condition changes the value, not whether we will take it.
Do I need an account?
No. Booking takes a mobile number and an address. You can track the pickup afterwards with that number and your booking ID.
What happens if it is not worth a trip?
We will tell you honestly rather than cancel quietly. Small quantities are held until our vehicle is next in your area, and we message you before we come.
Can you take a whole office at once?
Yes. Tell us roughly what there is and we will bring the right vehicle and enough people. For bulk we collect anywhere in Kerala.
What can you not take?
Anything that is not electrical — furniture, general scrap, medical or chemical waste. If you are unsure, send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you straight away.
